The hotel is triple branded, loosely inspired by the preferences of generations x, y and z to create three different hotel experiences to attract a wide variety of people. Through a dynamic range of flex spaces, the individuals can intermix to create a city within the city of Miami as a sampling of the diversity of the area. A park on the opposite side of the lot of the hotel physically connects the two sides of the train tracks to help facilitate a greater sense of community within the neighborhood. Public spaces on the ground floor include high end retail, restaurants, bars, a maker space and a cinema- attached respectively to the appropriate typologies of building that they are addressing. Shopping for the affluent in Hotel X, bars for the vivacious in Hotel Y and maker spaces for the industrious in Hotel Z. All the corridors in each branch of the building are connected by large garden terraces for constant mixing experiences. The upper levels of the hotel provide traditional amenities such as a business center, pool deck, and conference rooms. The transparent tower that protrudes serves as an illuminated beacon for public works to be filled with art installations, events and performances by the residents of Miami.
