Fathom was designed as a residential tower on 300 Alton Road, Miami Beach Florida. It was a combined luxury and residential tower that aimed to integrate the public realm into the site while creating a sculptural element to be seen across the bay as one approaches Miami Beach from across MacArthur Causeway.
